About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Econometric Modeler to join our Global Macro team.

The successful candidate will develop and implement advanced econometric models to drive investment decisions and create value-add investment opportunities.

You will apply sophisticated econometric methods in nowcasting and forecasting to generate actionable insights and identify market trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement advanced econometric models to drive investment decisions
  2. Conduct comprehensive FVT analysis and provide strategic recommendations for portfolio construction
  3. Monitor asset movements, identify market trends, and provide insights
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics
  • 4-6 years in a Quantitative Role within finance
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Good understanding of Macroeconomics and Fixed Income instruments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and cater to the needs of fundamental managers and analysts
  • Familiarity with traditional and alternative macro datasets
