About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Lead to join our team at No Deviation PTE. LTD. in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Commissioning Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake technical reviews of customer drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and control commissioning deliverable progress to prevent slippages and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage project risks and opportunities associated with commissioning deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential issues that could impact project performance.
  • Master variation order and claim process for both customers and vendors, working with project managers to obtain variation orders for any deviations from the contractual scope.
  • Mitigate conflicts with customers or internal stakeholders throughout the project installation phase, driving customer relationships and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Establish key relationships with all relevant project stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' work experience in BMS, HVAC, or Industrial Controls/Automation.
  • Previous work experience as a senior automation/control commissioning engineer and managing a large team of engineers is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Modicon PLCs and EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro).
  • Knowledge of Citect SCADA.
  • PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent.
  • Advantage to have experience in managing projects or commissioning within a data centre environment.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (or similar) is a plus.
