We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Needs Educator to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires the ability to conduct and manage classes in a school setting, as well as carry out regular home visits to support students and their caregivers.


Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver group lessons within the classroom environment.
  • Employ appropriate educational strategies and techniques to ensure the holistic development of each student.
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans for each student, taking into account their age, abilities, and needs.
  • Work closely with parents and the school community to help every student reach their full potential.
  • Carry out home visits to train caregivers and ensure they understand how to implement monthly lesson plans correctly.
  • Provide educational and behavioral techniques/strategies to enable caregivers to effectively carry out lesson plans at home.

Requirements:
  • Experience working/teaching special needs children.
  • Special needs education training and experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
