ASEAN Sales and Trading Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for ASEAN to join our team at CROSS REACH PTE. LTD.
About the Role:This is a full-time, permanent position that will be responsible for defining, supporting and managing products and offerings specific to the ASEAN market.
Main Responsibilities:- Trading: Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base within ASEAN, identifying new market opportunities and appointing new distributors for the region, building strong relationships with distributors and business partners, and having a good understanding of consumer and market insights.
- Consulting: Perform analysis and develop strategic proposals for customers based on findings from business analysis and research, developing and presenting compelling business case stories and strategy proposals.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and distributor management of Japanese products in the region.
- Strong understanding and exposure to ASEAN market.
- Good leadership skills to coach and mentor team members as well as having an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in sales presentations and negotiations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
- Good organisational skills and ability to work well across functional and regional teams.
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
