Backend Developer Job Summary

The position of Backend Developer involves designing and developing game server architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing RESTful APIs, real-time multiplayer game logic, matchmaking, and player interactions.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs for in-game functionalities.
  2. Implementing real-time multiplayer game logic, matchmaking, and player interactions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
  3. Managing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for optimal efficiency.
  4. Deploying scalable gaming environments using cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  5. Optimizing performance for low-latency and high-concurrency gameplay.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified professional with proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Experience with database optimization and caching techniques is also essential. Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time communication technologies is a plus. Understanding of game networking, multiplayer logic, and load balancing is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage.
