Technical Support Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of application security, infrastructure, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for critical applications like IAM, VTS, and TMS in digital banking platforms;
  • Maintain expertise in Forgerock products including access management, identity management, and directory services;
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging tasks related to user identity/access/tokens issues and provide root cause analysis;
  • Support infra activities such as OS patching, Jboss patching, and NVA fixes;
  • Involve in major version upgrades and migration activities; and
  • Manage and monitor containerized applications and microservices on OCP platform.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have:

  • Knowledge of application security and infrastructure concepts;
  • Experience with Forgerock products and PHP, Ruby, Java, and Linux programming languages;
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; and
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
