As a key player in driving Singapore's business hub development, you will be responsible for shaping the country's economic future through strategic planning and execution.

This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of global trends to derive insights and implications for Singapore's hub development strategies. You will also design and develop value propositions and initiatives to encourage HQ investments in Singapore and support long-term local industry development.

  • You will lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver outcomes effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking is required to think big picture, analyse and communicate complex / ambiguous issues clearly and simply, use qualitative and quantitative data, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Keen business acumen is essential to identify opportunities for Singapore at an industry level.

This position requires strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Adaptability and organisation are also crucial to identify and respond quickly to changes in the business environment and changes in priorities.

Additionally, this role involves programme development and execution, as well as engaging with public and private sector stakeholders. You will have opportunities to exercise peer leadership in inter-divisional and inter-agency working groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a strategy, consulting, policy, research or industry development role is required.

Excellent project management and leadership skills are essential to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are also necessary to communicate complex / ambiguous issues clearly and simply.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking is required to think big picture, analyse and communicate complex / ambiguous issues clearly and simply, use qualitative and quantitative data, and recommend actionable solutions.

Experience in quantitative analysis and strategy development and execution are advantageous.

Singaporean candidates may have an advantage.
