Job Description
The Infrastructure Management Professional is responsible for delivering services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, budget management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. This role involves developing client relationships with key representatives in supporting client's corporate real estate goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities
• Delivers services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, budget management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management
• Develops client relationships with key representatives in supporting client's corporate real estate goals and objectives
• Provides technical advice and guidance for facilities engineers and technicians on process system matters
• Leads team members in executing tasks and responsibilities
• Involves in general building process and mechanical system related issues and leads troubleshooting and restoring HVAC systems
• Mentors and trains staff on proper execution of work tasks and ensures team members have correct equipment and tools necessary to safely perform job
• Manages and programs building management systems (BMS)
• Performs maintenance planning, implementation and review of site-specific engineering processes and protocols including documentation and adherence to established change management controls for the campus
• Contributes to investigation of facilities related issues and leads troubleshooting & restoring systems
• Maintains documentation of all maintenance performed including system deficiencies
• Performs risk assessments & Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to gain an intimate understanding of the system
• Facilitates work order processing to ensure timely and orderly flow for work orders (CMMS /Corrigo workflow)
• Provides effective solutions in managing our campus daily operations and technical issues including difficult situations
• Ensures that all essential site activities—including maintenance—are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the manufacturer, government, client and own management teams including compliance with statutory regulations on fire, environmental, health and safety standards
• Leads audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans, as well as escalation procedures, are in place and maintained
• Fosters positive working relationships by meeting (and exceeding) service level agreements with the client
• Works as part of a larger team to ensure all key performance indicators are met, as set out in the management contract
• Champions improvement including projects
• Monitors spend and budgets for the engineering contracts as required
• Suggests improvements and savings for the engineering systems that will benefit both us and our clients
• Works closely with vendors, coordinating with them on various projects from beginning to end
• Is the engineering point of contact and works closely with respective system leads on forecasts and planning in line with client's requirements
