• Provide transportation to the Director for meetings, events, airports, and other destinations
• Ensure the Director's comfort, privacy, and security during all transportation
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests as needed
• Plan efficient and timely routes to destinations, accounting for traffic, weather, and other factors
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times
• Handle all vehicle-related matters, including fueling, washing, and maintenance coordination
• Monitor and manage the Director's schedule, ensuring transportation is timely and aligned with any changes in itinerary
Requirements:
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Able to drive an EV car (charging station available)
