Music School Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to drive sales growth, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operations of our music school. As a key member of the sales and administration team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities, providing professional sales and product services, and assisting in organizing events and roadshows.
Main Responsibilities:
- To achieve individual sales budgets and course enrollment targets, identify and secure new sales opportunities.
- Provide professional sales and product services to customers, converting enquiries into enrolments and sales.
- Assist in organizing events and roadshows to promote music products, conduct trial lessons, open house events, and students' concerts/graduation events as planned.
- E nsure smooth operations of the music school, including inventory management and requisitioning stock replenishment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least 1-2 years' experience in the retail industry.
