Massage Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to provide high-quality massage services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, foot massage, and water therapy, to enhance guests' relaxation and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each guest.
  • Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as needed and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents or injuries to the supervisor.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize instruments and equipment before each use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of different massage techniques and modalities, including reflexology, stretching exercises, and circulation improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in massage therapy preferred.
