ERP Systems Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and provide comprehensive IT support.

  • Manage the end-to-end ERP project lifecycle, collaborating with external consultants to ensure successful deployment.
  • Customize ERP reports and forms to meet business requirements, leveraging technical expertise to enhance user experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies to optimize operational efficiency, aligning with business goals.
  • Maintain and support the company's network infrastructure, including hardware and software components, ensuring seamless integration and uptime.
  • Oversee software licenses, domain names, and SSL certificate renewals and registrations, guaranteeing compliance and security.
  • Provide daily end-user IT support across departments, addressing technical queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proven expertise in managing and implementing ERP systems, with a strong grasp of finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Book, Project Costing, and Procurement.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, including accruals, amortization, and cost recognition, driving accurate financial decision-making.
  • Programming proficiency, enabling customization of reports and outputs based on user needs and preferences.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in network infrastructure: VLANs, VPNs, firewall configuration, and subnetting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV and door access control, enhancing facility security.
  • Exposure to property development systems, particularly those used for leasing and residential sales, demonstrating adaptability.
  • SAP ABAP development experience is a significant advantage, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Report writing and basic coding are preferred skills, highlighting analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, showcasing leadership potential.
