Cinema Operations Associate

Theatre Support Staff play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cinema operations.
Key Responsibilities- Sell tickets and concessions to customers, including popcorn and drinks, as part of excellent customer service delivery.
- Greet customers and provide information about movies, showtimes, and other cinema services, ensuring guests feel welcome.
- Clean and maintain the cinema environment, including the lobby, restrooms, and theatre areas, to high standards of hygiene.
- Assist customers with special needs, such as wheelchair access or hearing-impaired devices, demonstrating adaptability and empathy.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit, using effective communication skills.
- Perform basic projection duties, such as starting and stopping the film and adjusting the volume, to ensure a great viewing experience.
- Handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of their shift, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Basic technical knowledge and skills, including cash handling and projection equipment operation.
