PT. TRAKINDO UTAMA SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced Inventory Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring stock holdings are kept to a minimum, and overseeing the team to achieve productivity and cost efficiency targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to fill this position. The successful candidate will have experience in inventory management, preferably in the spare parts trade, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment, provide exceptional customer service, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management, advising trends and process improvements.
  • Review non-moving inventory and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Ensure that the team complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Support and guide team members in processes when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering or 2 years of relevant experience in the spare parts trade.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, highly organized, and a team player.
  • Good interpersonal, customer service, and coordination skills.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
