Job Summary">

We are seeking a highly skilled Apprentice with strong technical aptitude to join our team. As an Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to simulator technician career development.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Perform Pre-Flight Tasks: Ensure all flight training simulators are functioning properly before each use.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on simulator equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshooting and Corrective Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues with simulator devices, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Training Device Updates: Perform software and hardware updates on simulator devices as required.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and other relevant information.
  • Support to Local Logisticians: Collaborate with logisticians to ensure smooth operation of simulator equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec in Aviation Related Field: A relevant degree or higher qualification in aviation or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Ability to Work Variable Shifts: You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
