Weekend Receptionist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team at HUSTLE INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. in Tampines.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position requiring work on both Saturday and Sunday, with specific working hours of 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  • You will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors during weekends, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Key Responsibilities include Front Desk Management, Visitor Assistance, Administrative Support, Schedule Management, and Customer Service.
Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff; answer phone calls and provide information or transfer calls; maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.

Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about training programs; register new students and provide necessary materials and information; maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out records.

Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry and filing; support the coordination of training sessions and events happening during weekends; handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule Management: Manage the weekend schedule, including class timings, breaks, and special events; communicate any changes to relevant staff members and students.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and promptly; resolve minor issues and concerns or escalate them to appropriate team members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Apart from being proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and having basic knowledge of inventory management, arranging schedules, and providing administration support, we expect you to have strong time management skills, be punctual, and have a proactive approach towards problem-solving.

The estimated salary for this role is around SGD $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
