This programme supports Singapore's maritime industry in its efforts on decarbonisation and digitalisation, housed within NTU's Maritime Energy & Sustainable Development Centre of Excellence (MESD).
About the PositionWe invite applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) position in relevant disciplines. The successful candidate will have expertise in areas such as maritime data analytics, marine environment and energy, shipping finance and management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and mentoring students at the tertiary education level
- Conducting research and contributing to the development of the School's research agenda
- Developing and teaching courses related to maritime studies
Requirements:
- PhD degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of postdoctoral experience and teaching experience at the tertiary education level
- Strong teaching ability and excellent communication skills
