Architectural Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordination Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our projects by coordinating and managing architectural design and coordination activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage architectural design and coordination activities for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural design standards and codes, maintaining high-quality results.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of architectural drawings and documents.
  • Identify and resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attend regular coordination meetings and provide timely updates on architectural design progress.
  • Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural designs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records of architectural design activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination with proven track record.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard architectural software.
  • Thorough understanding of architectural specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
