As a Field Operations Analyst APJ, you will partner with sales leaders across the business to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day operational activities of the Field Operations function.
- Support Pega's Client Growth Cadence by preparing analysis and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate with Global GTM teams to maximize executive impact in the field.
- Prepare ad-hoc Sales Automation reports using SAP HANA and Power BI for analysis with APJ business partners.
- Create and maintain Sales Org Structure for all APJ regions.
- Monitor Operator Hierarchy in SA and ensure it is set up correctly for all APJ regions.
- Provide first-tier support, triage, and training on Field Operations systems and tools.
- Liaise with multiple business units across Pega as requested by Field Operations.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects as requested.
