Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Art Director to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling and experience managing a team of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Conceptual Ideas: Identify the project's core message and target audience to brainstorm and create compelling visual ideas and concepts.
  • Team Management: Guide and manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other artists to execute the project's vision.
  • Mentorship: Motivate, manage, and mentor a creative team, delegating responsibilities effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Present clear and concise information to team members and clients.
  • Project Management: Manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Creative Skills: Strong creative and conceptualizing skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photo editing & In Design software etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Comfortable leading a design project from brief to completion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to take feedback and criticism, adapt ideas to different needs, and work as a collaborative team player.
