Job Title: Experienced IT Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to support our organization in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring adherence to industry-standard project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Participate in IT project evaluation by assessing priorities, complexity, and resource availability to optimize project outcomes.
  • Review and manage IT project requests, maintain accurate project records, and provide regular updates on project progress and achievements.
  • Assign reference numbers to IT requests, review changes in business process flows, conduct initial IT risk assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders and the development team.
  • Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications and assist in developing solutions for manufacturing and business systems.
  • Report IT project updates to stakeholders and contribute to solution design and system backup development.
  • Identify system gaps and dependencies through analysis, support System Integration Testing (SIT), and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams for root cause analysis, testing, and coordination with business teams.
  • Work with support and development teams to analyze issues and implement bug fixes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in gathering user requirements, performing system analysis, drafting functional specifications, and implementing IT systems.
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with VB, .NET, or C# programming languages.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals.
