Identity Access Management – Operations Analyst
The IAM Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing user administration and operational tasks across diverse technology platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering user accounts, permissions, and entitlements within Microsoft Active Directory and other essential business applications.
- Ensuring appropriate user entitlements are maintained throughout the employee lifecycle, including transitions such as onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders regarding user accounts and access rights.
- Monitoring the successful execution of daily backend processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in user administration within both Windows Active Directory and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with CyberArk and Privileged Access Management systems.
- Proficient in executing SQL scripts and queries.
- Experience in managing user administration tasks for various proprietary and third-party applications.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server administration, including service checks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and high standards; exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing time, priorities, and workload effectively; able to provide thorough documentation and accountability.
- Willingness to perform certain tasks during weekends or public holidays, though this will be minimized.
- This role is currently hybrid, requiring approximately three days on-site, with the remainder of the time working remotely; however, this arrangement may evolve in the future.
