About the Role

The Site Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of site works and managing manpower related aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing master construction programs and preparing catch-up plans as needed.
  • Supervise engineers and foremen to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
  • Closely monitor quality and quantity of work performed by subcontractors.
  • Develop detailed programs for site teams to follow and complete tasks on time.
  • Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with the technical team.
  • Create detailed method statements and work instructions for construction activities.
  • Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to meet project schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • At least 6 years' experience in building or civil projects, including at least one full cycle of project completion.
  • Experience with viaduct, canal, utilities diversion, and traffic diversion will be highly valued.
