We are seeking a Product Lead to manage the product lifecycle, from development to market launch. This role will be responsible for undertaking product ownership on a range of semiconductor equipment, defining and planning projects schedules and resources, conducting benchmarking activities, supporting technical sales teams, and interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Undertake ownership of various semiconductor products, including their development, launch, and ongoing management.
  • Project Planning: Define project schedules, allocate resources, and conduct kick-off meetings to ensure successful project execution.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct product and technology benchmarking exercises with R&D and marketing teams to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide support to technical sales teams in reviewing specifications, evaluating costs, and assessing new product requirements.
  • Customer Interface: Interface with customers to provide project management updates and technical reviews.
Requirements
  • Degree: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline is required.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in automation equipment, manufacturing, or semiconductor background, preferably with experience in die-sorter machines.
