Job Summary:">We are seeking an experienced Craftsman to join our team. As a skilled Carpenter, you will be responsible for installing and constructing various wooden structures such as roofing frames, partitions, cabinets, shelving, and fitted furniture. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, partitions, joists, and stud work.
  • Install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation.
  • Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
  • Select lumber by size and strength to suit each job.
  • Calculate the number of fasteners required for each job.
  • Read blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects, and building code recommendations.
">Requirements:">To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws, and nail guns.
