Career Opportunity: Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working with clients to elicit their business needs and develop appropriate business cases.
You will be involved in a range of tasks including developing user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria. Ensuring system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations is also a key responsibility.
Additionally, you will analyze the impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs. You will work with support teams to understand and address technical problems during the Operations & Maintenance phase.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity, make trade-offs and prioritize effectively under constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business cases to meet client needs
- Work with clients to identify areas for digital transformation
- Analyze impact of requested changes and propose improvements
- Ensure system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations
- Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology or related subject area
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis
- Prior working experience in software or product development cycle using Agile Methodology
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence
- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind
