The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities, planning and implementing measures to streamline and strengthen financial transaction processes, and providing support for business investments and trade in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Process Improvement
- Plan and implement measures to standardize and consolidate payment and letter of credit procedures for our subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region.
- Standardize foreign exchange operations in the Asia Pacific region to improve operational efficiency and propose improvement measures.
- Business Investment and Trade Support
- Provide financial support in due diligence on business investments and act as a check and balance function as a corporate division.
- Support on project management and advice to underperforming companies as a financial expert.
- Work together with the trade finance team to develop and propose advanced trade finance schemes that are useful for the business.
- Advanced ALM System Development
- Propose and implement the establishment of a more advanced ALM system in cooperation with our in-house banking company as an in-house banking base for the Group.
- Minimum 5-year experience from Treasury/Trade Finance side of Banks or from Treasury centre of Trading MNC.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, or its equivalent.
- Well-versed and good knowledge of General Finance (Trade finance, Cash management and Derivatives).
- Good experience in engaging in projects.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and other digital transformation skills.
- Overseas exposure (preferable to have).
- A consistent career history a definite advantage.
- Location in the Central Business District.
- A competitive basic salary + fixed monthly transport allowance.
- Average annual bonus + variable bonus (historical average 4-6 months).
- 5-day week & Hybrid mode.
