Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients, building strong relationships and educating them on the importance of regular skincare routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality facial and skin treatments as per our menu.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
  • Educate clients on long-term skincare routines and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Stay updated on all treatments, products, and equipment through regular training sessions.
  • Support promotional events and product launches by promoting our offers and services.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer service and promotion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Possess working experience as a Skin/Spa Therapist.
  • Be passionate about skincare, beauty, and science-backed products and solutions.
  • Skilled in skin treatments and comfortable using diagnostic tools and clinical-grade skincare technology.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for maintaining a neat, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
