Project Coordinator for Furnishing Installation

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day communications and work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination or related fields and be able to assess site conditions, prepare reports, and provide feedback to the team and clients.

  • Manage and maintain project installation schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Liaise with clients, interior designers, and contractors on project matters to ensure alignment.
  • Arrange and conduct site measurements to support project requirements.
  • Track project progress and submit regular updates to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to finalize project details.

Requirements:

  • Relevant project coordination or related experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for higher remuneration.
