Procurement Specialist Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for maintaining good understanding of the procurement policy and ensuring proper procedures and administration are being complied with.
  • You will perform timely execution of procurement activities and submissions to achieve optimal Procure-to-Pay (P2P) results.
  • Generate tender documents, contract drafts, and purchase orders in accordance to procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Support sourcing efforts through market research and supplier engagement together with stakeholders.

In addition to procurement, you will also assist with office administration tasks such as monitoring general office supplies and services, preparation of reports and minutes, and managing business relationships with suppliers.

You will also have the opportunity to work with our facilities management team to ensure all facility-related purchases and requirements are fulfilled.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your reporting officer.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Min Diploma in supply or equivalent with 3-5 years of procurement experience with tendering, contract drafting, and report writing.

Negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
