Job Summary:
The Network Infrastructure Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure. This position is responsible for daily security operations, incident management, and adhering to respective SLAs.
Key responsibilities include responding to and providing initial triage of issues raised by users, driving towards resolution, and working directly with users to gather their requirements and provide resolutions or workarounds based on security best practices.
Additionally, this role involves system health checks, handling change requests, documentation, updating knowledge databases, and preparing incident root cause reports.
Requirements:
- Candidates with CCNA certification are preferred.
- People with 2-3 years of IT-related working experience are preferred.
- Candidate should have Cisco Switching, Routing, Wireless, and Firewalls skills, preferably with NAC experience.
- Candidate must be able to handle user issues independently and provide resolution.
- Candidate should be willing to perform after-office hours activities and standby duties.
