Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Professional to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for managing supplier quality and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective quality management systems to prevent defects and improve overall product quality. You will work closely with our suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for training and guiding internal departments on quality awareness and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and guide internal departments on quality awareness and best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Quality Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supplier quality management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Skills and Qualifications

You should have:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
  • Experience with FMEA and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
