Asset Manager Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Asset Manager to join our team in the Multi-Asset Solutions department. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about financial markets and eager to gain hands-on experience in asset management and client services.

  • Assist in designing and constructing multi-asset class portfolios, focusing on strategic asset allocation and investment vehicle selection.
  • Support senior portfolio managers in overseeing and evaluating client portfolio performance.
  • Help develop and maintain client relationships by understanding client investment needs and proposing appropriate portfolio solutions.
  • Assist in creating investment-related materials for client presentations and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Participate in client training sessions discussing portfolio construction, asset allocation approaches, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify business opportunities within the firm.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investment management.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a client-focused mentality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with investment analysis software is a plus.
