Senior Photo Processing Engineer Position

Job Opportunity
The Photo Process department is seeking a skilled and dedicated engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for optimizing process capability to meet production needs.
- Ongoing optimization of process performance indices such as Cpk
- Maintenance of equipment processes through characterization and development
- Troubleshooting process issues to establish best known methods for future reference
- Implementation of projects to maintain process capabilities and reliability
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in semiconductor manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize process performance to meet production targets
- Promote teamwork with both equipment and manufacturing engineers
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Analyze and troubleshoot process-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment

- Proficient in Microsoft business applications
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in time-constrained situations
