Job Description:
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and schedule customer appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for customers, taking into account their availability and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping
- Develop strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
