Job Summary:
The Retail Operations and Performance Specialist plays a vital role in driving business growth by optimizing retail operations, improving performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Retail Operations- Develop and implement effective retail procedures to ensure seamless operations across regions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration among retail teams to drive results, improve communication, and enhance client focus.
- Maintain accurate information on network details, operational hours, and headcounts to inform strategic decisions.
- Support new joiners with induction checklists and ensure smooth handovers for leavers.
- Cultivate best practices across the region to boost boutique efficiency and communication.
- Work closely with commercial and boutique teams to track store budgets and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement and follow up on all retail operations projects and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Publish regular reports on KPIs and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Share best practices with regular communication to all retail stores and partners.
- Assist managers in developing access to KPIs and reporting across teams.
- Share existing performance tracking data and tools and improve/develop new ones where needed.
- Coordinate with business managers on action plans and track progress.
- Build ad hoc strategic reports for management.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to meet objectives and ensure follow-up with local teams.
- Process stock requests and replenishment to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Generate monthly reports on regional performance to inform business decisions.
- Support preparation for business reviews, market visits, and events.
- Prepare price lists and develop communication tools for commercial teams.
- Coordinate shipment, deliveries, and requests with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Support logistics processes for key events.
- Process stock requests and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure ODNs are created, processed, and meet cut-off/ETA requirements.
- Assist in stock rebalancing movements within the region.
- Manage and maintain accessories stock inventory on a local level.
- Follow up on retailer/sub-platform enquiries and orders on accessories.
- Coordinate with HQ and suppliers on replenishment and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills and structured work approach.
- Ability to evaluate sales trends and clients' behavior to optimize store layouts and displays.
- A team player with self-motivation, agility, and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Mature, self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Demonstrates agility, maintaining an energetic and positive attitude.
- Highly proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- SAP experience a plus.
