We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist Trainee. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in quality oversight, batch record review, and audit trail management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing QA support in accordance with global Roche Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing batch record reviews to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations
  • Reviewing batch reports, logbooks, and other documentation to identify potential issues
  • Providing guidance on categorization of unplanned events
  • Executing periodic floor walks to monitor GMP area cleanliness and equipment functionality

As a Quality Assurance Specialist Trainee, you will work closely with senior management to notify them of potential quality, regulatory, and compliance issues.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations and PQS requirements
  • Experience with batch record reviews and audit trail management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering discipline
  • 1-3 years of related working experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical operating environment
  • Good knowledge of Lean Production System (LPS)
