Wireless Infrastructure Deployment Specialist

This role involves the deployment of specialized teams to support the rollout of Huawei access points and endpoint devices across multiple sites. The team will be responsible for installing, deploying, and monitoring these devices using Huawei iManager U2000.
Main Responsibilities:- Install and deploy Huawei access points and manage them using Huawei iManager U2000.
- Test and verify wireless network appliances and CPE (customer premise equipment).
- Create comprehensive documentation for all wireless deployments to aid future references and conduct troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain a range of wireless devices and document technical specifications while adhering to operating standards for telecommunications equipment.
- Simplify complex technology solutions for easy comprehension.
- Network Performance Management: Resolve 95% of priority-1 trouble tickets within a 2-hour SLA timeframe.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Experience in endpoint or network device deployment, preferably with Huawei products.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing and Wi-Fi setup.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites for deployment projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
