As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and refining our Singapore Math curriculum, creating impactful lesson materials, and training our trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine the Singapore Math curriculum and lesson materials, ensuring they meet our educational standards and objectives.
  • Take an active role in teaching and demonstrating a passion for education, engaging effectively with students across our diverse program offerings.
  • Oversee the management of curriculum inventory and assist in staff scheduling, ensuring seamless program operations.
  • Provide essential onsite support for educational Math events, workshops, and camps, from coordination to evaluation.
  • Train and mentor trainers, empowering them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver our programs with excellence.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of program effectiveness, contributing to reports that help shape future educational strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. (Preferably NIE trained or currently in NIE)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Maths educational program development, teaching, or training.
  • Experience in writing textbooks, modules, and related Math educational learning materials is preferred.
  • Proficient in English with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • A commitment to educational excellence and innovation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for short work trips.
