Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant, providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, and leading a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and other departments to optimize menu offerings, pairings, and special promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
  • Oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through financial analysis and expense management.
  • Organize and execute private dining events, promotions, and seasonal menus to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a supervisory role in a fine-dining establishment.
  • Strong understanding of culinary principles, restaurant operations, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and financial reporting tools.
