As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our notebook/desktop PC hardware tracking, inventory management, shipping arrangements, IUR distribution, and support arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Track hardware (IUR) shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage logistics, including shipping and receiving, and prepare shipment documentation.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and resolve related issues.
  • Implement and manage IUR-related processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Distribute IUR and resolve internal issues with the team.
  • Execute local IUR borrow and return requests in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware (IUR), including hardware recycling and implementation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of PC notebook/desktop hardware, including system components, parts, and software applications.
  • Experience with HP notebook/desktop system-level operation, including dash, BIOS flash, and hardware replacement.
  • Logistics experience and ODM background with general system regulation knowledge.
  • Critical thinking and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
