Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Support Associate to contribute to the growth and development of its ETF business in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of ETF market dynamics, basic knowledge of index methodology and regulatory framework, strong presentation and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin to review and work with materials in Chinese.

This role offers an opportunity to monitor daily trading volumes, collaborate on policy reforms with the Stock Exchange to ensure seamless investor experiences, and work closely with the Marketing team to organize ETF events, maintain pitch decks, and support engagement with potential partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in asset management
  • Good understanding of ETF market dynamics
  • Basic knowledge of index methodology and regulatory framework
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
