Job Description
- Implement our proprietary 3-Minds Approach (Champion mind, Learning mind, Creative mind) and revolutionary Optimal Flow Method in daily lesson planning and delivery.
- Guide students in the completion of homework assignments, ensuring they stay on track with their studies and develop a love for learning.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing personalized attention and support to address individual needs and abilities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that promotes creativity and curiosity.
- Develop strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their educational journey.
- Design and deliver enrichment programs that cater to different learning styles and abilities, making learning fun and interactive.
- Be a positive role model, demonstrating a champion mindset, creative spirit, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
- Ensure timely and safe transfer of students from school to our centre, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Diploma or higher in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
- Ability to teach primary school subjects, including English, Math, Sciences, and Chinese, with a preference for those who can teach two or more subjects.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
