As a key member of the Academic Support team, you will play a pivotal role in driving student success and academic excellence. We invite applications for the position of Senior Assistant Manager to support core functions in MSc programmes management and administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating class and exam timetables, as well as managing module allocations to optimize student learning.


  • Coordinate class and exam timetables, and manage module allocations to optimize student learning.
  • Provide administrative support for course registration, scheduling, study awards, and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on programme management, including new agreements, programme proposals, and curriculum updates.
  • Oversee examination processes, including mark processing, appeals, academic integrity, and graduation tasks.
  • Manage student lifecycle administration, such as leave of absence, withdrawals, academic offenses, and fee waivers.
  • Communicate important programme and administrative information to students, including international student support and tuition matters.
  • Support industry engagement initiatives and assist with reports, academic updates, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • High level of written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced, confident and effective working in cross-cultural settings.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and keen appreciation of good documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines well, and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Team player with good combination of high intelligence, emotional and cultural quotient.
  • IT savvy, with good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
