Job Title: Banking and Finance Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role within our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law with relevant professional qualifications and a proven track record of handling complex banking and finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on sophisticated financial matters, including fund management, corporate financing, asset management, securitization, and capital markets.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to international laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough research to support client needs and address unique challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless transaction execution.
Requirements:
  • A strong academic background in law with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in handling complex banking and finance transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
Professional Qualifications:
  • A qualified lawyer from Singapore and another commonwealth jurisdiction.
