Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a key business partner.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a full-spectrum accounting, HR administration, and office operations role. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoicing, payroll support, GST/CPF/IRAS filings, and time-tracking systems. You will work closely with top management based in Singapore, Vietnam, and Hong Kong to drive business growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to senior management.
Manage various financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial performance.

Your Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software packages.
