Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Asset Management: Execute mechanical related maintenance in the process unit, ensuring compliance with CMMS processes and maintaining plant maintenance work records.
- Predictive Maintenance: Perform execution of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and reactive/corrective maintenance to achieve HSSE, meeting plan, KPIs and budget targets.
- Maintenance Execution: Undertake all maintenance activities related to Marine Loading Arms, Pipeline repair, Waterfront Activities and MOC (Management of Change) activities related to the Production Unit.
- Procurement: Request, review, compare, raise Purchase requisition for services, parts, equipment etc.
- Project Management: Manage portfolios that vary in scope and complexity, including cost control and reporting to maintenance team lead.
- HSSE Responsibilities: Strive to deliver Goal Zero targets in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), participate in scheduled safety walkabout, assess risk of all day to day jobs and voice out any unsafe condition noticed.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience Oil/Petrochemical industry.
- Able to work independently and yet participate as a member of a team. Working knowledge of SAP.
- Understanding of HSSE requirements for maintenance work.
- Knowledge of craftwork appropriate practices, typical time required for completing frequently executed activities.
