Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our medical social workers to provide support to patients and their families, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and referral statistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with medical social workers on referral cases to provide administrative support to patients and their families.
  • Organize home visits and fieldwork under the guidance of MSW, ensuring effective communication and coordination with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Provide administrative procedures to patients and their families, including assistance with financial assistance applications and AIC Long Term Schemes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients, including registers and documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding referrals, services, and charges, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and referral statistics, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with data entry and filing, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English and able to converse in dialects.
  • 5 days work week, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • A caring, positive, and self-disciplined individual, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in data entry and filing.
