Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Investment Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality performance and investment reporting to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or business, with experience in investment performance and risk analysis. They will also have a good understanding of wealth management operation processes and product characteristics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer sound advice to client advisors on portfolio performance and assets statements
- Onboard clients to UBS data feed solutions and maintain client setups in these tools
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly controls to ensure the accuracy of assets statements and investigate exceptions
- Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
- Understand processes and ensure adherence to guidelines, SOPs, and policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in finance or business
- Experience in investment performance and risk analysis
- Good understanding of wealth management operation processes and product characteristics
- Strong risk and control mindset
- Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
