Comprehensive Physiotherapy Services Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our organization in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' physical capabilities, interpreting assessment results, and formulating a physiotherapy-based diagnosis.
The Physiotherapist will work closely with clients and their families to set treatment objectives aligned with the diagnosis, deliver physiotherapy treatments such as exercise programs, therapeutic techniques, and patient education.
The role involves monitoring and evaluating client outcomes, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of each client's therapy sessions.
The Physiotherapist will also support clients' transition through effective discharge planning or referrals to appropriate services, engage in research activities related to physiotherapy practices, and design wellness initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Required qualifications include registration under AHPC. A degree in physiotherapy or a related field is also preferred.
